GGlobal RRare EEarth AAdvanced TTechnologies

The first fully horizontally integrated rare earth advanced technology company.

The name is the strategy.

The GREAT Corporation — The platform

One integrated platform. Three frontiers of supply.

The GREAT Corporation is building a fully integrated rare earth technology platform spanning resource development, advanced laboratories, recycling and the future of space-based resources.

Our objective is simple: make rare earth more abundant, more accessible and more resilient for global supply chains.

01 · Earth

Building the physical foundation of the rare earth economy.

The GREAT Corporation is a global rare earth technology company with interests across exploration, mining, separation, processing, refining and value-added production.

Through strategic sites, resource positions, mining relationships and offtake partnerships, we participate across the rare earth value chain wherever economically and strategically relevant resources are available. Our objective is a diversified, scalable and globally resilient rare earth supply platform.

Near-term growth is anchored in physical supply, while technology expands the opportunity set. Specific partnerships, terms and geology are shared selectively, under NDA*.

From ore to refined material.

Participation across the chain means participation across the materials themselves — from mined ores and mineral concentrates to separated oxides and refined rare-earth products.

Target: a fully integrated rare earth materials company with advanced refining capacity*

We do not believe rare earth supply should be constrained by geography, technology or legacy supply models. Our strategy is to participate wherever resources exist, develop the technologies required to unlock them and build a more abundant and resilient global supply chain.

* Development targets — subject to contract, technical validation and commercial viability.

02 · The GREAT Labs

Engineering new pathways to rare earth abundance.

The GREAT Corporation is developing proprietary laboratory technologies that explore entirely new pathways to rare earth and critical-material production.

Our strategic laboratories in the United States and South Asia operate in deep stealth, supported by partnerships, development programmes and co-development relationships with leading nuclear physics laboratories and research institutions around the world.

One area of particular focus is the potential commercialisation of transmutation as a meaningful new contributor to the global rare earth supply chain. We are also evaluating advanced technologies including waste recovery, recycling and other alternative pathways to rare earth production.

Certain GREAT Labs programmes remain deliberately undisclosed while the underlying technologies move through development, validation and scale-up. Our research network extends across nuclear physics, advanced materials, separation technologies and emerging resource technologies. Details are disclosed selectively to strategic partners and qualified counterparties under NDA.

Recovery and recycling operations

03 · The GREAT Labs — Recycling

Unlocking resources already above ground.

The GREAT Corporation is evaluating advanced recycling and recovery technologies that can transform waste streams, industrial materials and end-of-life products into new sources of critical materials.

Recycling is one of several alternative technology pathways being developed within The GREAT Labs — alongside transmutation and waste recovery — rather than a separate business.

04 · Space

Building the next frontier of rare earth supply.

The GREAT Corporation aims to become a significant and specialised participant in the emerging space-based rare earth and critical-materials industry.

We are evaluating technological advances across asteroid mining, lunar exploration, resource discovery, extraction and processing, alongside other emerging space-resource technologies. Our approach will combine organic development with strategic partnerships across space research programmes, established space-resource companies and emerging space technology startups.

Our space programme is expected to be announced in 2026*.

The GREAT Corporation

One company. Three frontiers.

Earth

Access the resource.

Labs

Create new pathways to the resource.

Space

Expand the resource frontier.

The GREAT Corporation is building an integrated technology platform across the present, the emerging and the next generation of rare earth supply — to make rare earth more abundant, more accessible and more resilient for the global economy.

05 · The team

Built across disciplines. Designed for integration.

Rare earth is not a single-industry opportunity. It sits at the intersection of geology, chemistry, nuclear physics, advanced materials, technology, capital and global operations.

The GREAT Corporation brings these capabilities together across Earth, Labs and Space.
