We do not believe rare earth supply should be constrained by geography, technology or legacy supply models. Our strategy is to participate wherever resources exist, develop the technologies required to unlock them and build a more abundant and resilient global supply chain.

02 · The GREAT Labs
The GREAT Corporation is developing proprietary laboratory technologies that explore entirely new pathways to rare earth and critical-material production.
Our strategic laboratories in the United States and South Asia operate in deep stealth, supported by partnerships, development programmes and co-development relationships with leading nuclear physics laboratories and research institutions around the world.
One area of particular focus is the potential commercialisation of transmutation as a meaningful new contributor to the global rare earth supply chain. We are also evaluating advanced technologies including waste recovery, recycling and other alternative pathways to rare earth production.

Certain GREAT Labs programmes remain deliberately undisclosed while the underlying technologies move through development, validation and scale-up. Our research network extends across nuclear physics, advanced materials, separation technologies and emerging resource technologies. The GREAT Corporation has achieved laboratory-grade production of selected gases and rare-earth and critical materials through its transmutation research programmes*. The objective now is to determine whether these laboratory achievements can be scaled into commercially meaningful production.

Labs — Commercialisation path
The GREAT Corporation is targeting operational capability from 2028, with full-scale commercial deployment targeted from 2030 — subject to technical validation, scale-up and commercial viability*.
The product suite is expected to expand as new laboratory capabilities are developed and validated. Our long-term objective is to create one of the world's broadest technology-enabled portfolios of lab-produced rare earths, critical materials and strategic gases.

The GREAT Corporation is evaluating advanced recycling and recovery technologies that can transform waste streams, industrial materials and end-of-life products into new sources of critical materials.
Recycling is one of several alternative technology pathways being developed within The GREAT Labs — alongside transmutation and waste recovery — rather than a separate business.

Building the next frontier of rare earth supply.
The GREAT Corporation aims to become a significant and specialised participant in the emerging space-based rare earth and critical-materials industry.
We are evaluating technological advances across asteroid mining, lunar exploration, resource discovery, extraction and processing, alongside other emerging space-resource technologies. Our approach will combine organic development with strategic partnerships across space research programmes, established space-resource companies and emerging space technology startups.
Our space programme is expected to be announced in 2026*.
